Beloved husband of the late Ruth (Roelie)(1997) for over 48 years. Loving father of Rita and Peter Kloet of Port Dover, Fred Moes of Cayuga, Alice and Eric Voogt of Langley, B.C. and Betty and Rick Meyer of Abbotsford, B.C. Dear Opa of 16 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. John is predeceased by 5 sisters and 2 brothers. The family will honour John's life with a visitation at Cooper Funeral Home, 19 Talbot Street West, Jarvis on Thursday from 7-9 pm. and with a memorial service in the Cooper Funeral Home chapel on Friday, December 14 at 3:30 pm. A family interment service at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Smithville will precede the memorial service. Donations to Parkview Meadows, Jarvis District Christian School or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
